Now that you’ve signed on, we begin by locking in a site visit to take detailed measurements of your space. This ensures your new kitchen or bathroom layout fits perfectly and functions exactly as intended. This stage is about getting everything right before any work begins.
A 25% payment is due at this point to cover the time, planning, and procurement required to move your project into production.
Once the design is approved, we begin ordering all selected materials and getting everything ready for the remodel. This includes cabinetry, fixtures, tiles, and finishes—ensuring each item is made to measure and ready for install. We use this stage to focus on quality control,
accuracy, and the details that bring your project to life.
A 50% progress payment is due here to cover the cost of materials and
commence preparation.
With everything ready to go, we begin the on-site installation of your new kitchen or bathroom. We carry out a careful, professional fit-out and coordinate with you or your builder to ensure everything goes in smoothly, with minimal disruption and maximum attention to detail.
Once the install is complete and you’re happy with the final result, the final 25% balance is due. This marks the completion of your remodeling project.
